Fennel Soup

This soup has such an intense and different flavor. You'll love it.
This is what you need:
1 large Fennelroot cut into pieces
4 cups vegetable or chicken broth
1/4 teaspoon fennel seeds
ginger to taste
1 cup Whipping cream, whipped
1 Tablespoon Lemon juice
1 Tablesppn Curry 1 Tablespoon Butter
This is how you do it:
Wash, dry and cut all of the ingredients.
In a large pot, add everything except the butter and season to taste.
Cook for about 20 minutes.
Purree the soup. While you purree, add the butter little by little and so do not let the soup cook anymore.
Decorate the top with a little extra whipped whipping cream and greens from the fennel.
